These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cantillon Club’s website, services, programs, events, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. About Cantillon Club

Cantillon Club (“Cantillon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Washington-based business community offering curated events, mastermind programs, and related experiences for business owners and operators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • Information you provide is accurate and complete

Cantillon reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke participation at its discretion.

3. Memberships, Events & Applications

A. Applications

Certain programs require approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

B. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Late or declined payments may result in suspension of participation

C. Cancellations & Transfers

  • Event registrations “may” be transferable with advance notice, contact Owner

  • Refunds, if offered, are determined case-by-case

4. Participation Standards

Cantillon is built on professionalism, trust, and respect. By participating, you agree:

  • Not to solicit aggressively or promote services disruptively

  • Not to engage in harassment, discrimination, or misconduct

  • To respect confidentiality within discussions

Cantillon may remove participants for violations without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Cantillon—including materials, branding, recordings, presentations, and written content—is owned by Cantillon or licensed appropriately.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute materials without permission

  • Record sessions without consent

  • Use Cantillon branding without written approval

6. Photography & Media

Cantillon events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

7. Confidentiality

Due to the nature of Cantillon programs:

  • Participants are expected to maintain discretion regarding shared information

  • Cantillon cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants

You participate at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Cantillon provides educational, networking, and professional development opportunities. We do not guarantee:

  • Business results

  • Financial outcomes

  • Professional success

All decisions made based on Cantillon content or discussions are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Cantillon is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruption

  • Injuries or losses occurring at events

Our total liability will not exceed fees paid for the applicable Service.

10. Assumption of Risk (Events and Masterminds)

By attending in-person events, you acknowledge and accept risks associated with travel, venues, and group gatherings.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (ticketing platforms, payment processors, etc.). Cantillon is not responsible for their practices.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Washington State.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
